Have you changed your mind? If you need to return your purchase, we are here to make it simple.
We will accept the return of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise in exchange for a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original packaging materials and including your receipt. Your refund amount will include the purchase price and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns.
- Email us at email@example.com. We will ask you to tell us the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) through UPS or DHL. The Product cannot be returned without a corresponding RMA#.
- Pack up the merchandise and head to your local UPS or DHL office. Supply them with your RMA#. They will then ship the product back to us. Please make sure that the box is scanned by a designated UPS or DHL representative to ensure it can be tracked during transit. fütz Inc. cannot track items and will not guarantee delivery of any items that were left in a self-service drop box.
- Allow at least 5-7 days to process your return once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods, please allow for more time.
If you are not able to comply with the terms and conditions laid out in this Return Policy, we reserve the right to reject your return and/or decline to refund.
