Looking for answers about how we get your fütz socks to you in a timely fashion? You’ll find all our shipping information here.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from fütz and the destination of your order, shipping costs will vary. Costs are calculated during checkout based on weight and destination and you’ll be able to see the final cost before your order is completed.

All US and Canadian orders are shipped standard via Ground Delivery. If your item is in stock, it will take 1-2 business days to process and ship out of our facilities and 2-7 business days to arrive. Shipping times may vary by delivery location. If you would like to expedite your order, you may purchase an express option at an increased cost. Orders shipped via Express Shipping are generally delivered within 1-5 business days.

Once your order is processed, we will send an email with tracking information so you can see your order’s status online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to appear in the system.

For international orders, duties are not included in the final price of your item. Please note, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If your product is damaged, please contact us for next steps. Shipping costs are not eligible for promotions on international orders. For international orders International Air Shipping rates will apply.

Rules and Restrictions

All our orders are shipped from Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays within Canada and the United States.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes, Post Office address, Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canadian territories or a Military APO/FPO address may only be shipped via Canada Post and cannot be expedited.

Canadian orders that select regular shipping will not include the tracking information/number for their order.

All expedited orders require a complete street address in order to be processed.

Some remote locations will require an additional 2-5 days for delivery, for all shipping methods.
